New Tales is looking for a passionate and motivatedUser Experience & Publishing Production intern (F/M) to join our team!

What is the job about?

As a User Experience & Production intern, you will assist the Publishing Producer with anything related to playtests for New Tales’ internally and externally developed games.

What does it mean for the day-to-day ?

• Playing our games !
• Preparing testing protocols
• Enrolling the right players internally and/or externally, at the right time
• Making sure players get the build when they are supposed to
• Making sure players fill the survey and provide any necessary information/files
• Compiling and analyzing results
• Conveying results to the studio

What are we looking for ?

• Personable, friendly and level-headed
• An attention for details, capable of analyzing game design while playing
• Experience with game-making process (even if it is for a student-project)
• A keen interest in gaming and knowledge of gaming culture.

Requirements

What do you need to succeed ?

• Team-oriented spirit with a collaborative mindset
• Proficient in English (spoken and written)
• You are comfortable with managing and meeting deadlines, organizing and planning tasks
• You are able to communicate effectively and remind people of their deadlines
• You communicate well when you are stuck, you want to brainstorm, or want feedback

• 6 monthsinternship ideally from October 2025
• 1 paid leave per month fully worked (in case of 6 months internship only)
