US Product Builder — Hybrid PM/Designer for Health

Resilience is seeking a Product Builder for the US market. You own problems end-to-end from discovery to delivery, blending product management rigor with design craft and AI-assisted tooling to improve patient care.

You will lead US-specific workflows, manage backlogs, design end-to-end experiences in Figma, and collaborate with engineers to ensure high-quality, compliant software. This is a founding role for the US product surface.
