JOB DESCRIPTION

As part of the WSN digital team, you will be responsible for keeping all informational content up to date, contributing to site compliance efforts, and supporting key projects across all WSN group websites.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Updating WSN group websites

• Maintenance and updates of the various websites
• Coordination with the communications team and project teams to gather all information and content
• Design and develop graphic mockups (landing pages, newsletters)
• Use programming languages such as HTML and CSS
• Create mockups and prototypes for websites and newsletters
• Design intuitive and attractive user interfaces (UI) and user experiences (UX)
• Use design tools such as Figma

Maintenance and support of exhibitor and visitor accounts:

• Support for clients experiencing difficulties using their personal account

Implementation of compliance rules

• Implement and monitor the rollout of rules recommended by legal consultants to improve the accessibility of WSN group websites

PROFILE

Technical skills:

• Proficiency in web programming languages (HTML, CSS)
• Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress)
• UI/UX design skills and proficiency with design tools (Adobe Suite, Figma)
• Knowledge of SEO and web performance optimization
• Knowledge of Salesforce

Project management:

• Organizational and planning skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Marketing and communication skills
