Your Responsibilities

• Recruitment & Sourcing: Manage the full‑cycle recruiting process for early‑career roles (Engineering, Finance, Digital, Operations). From job posting and sourcing to screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation, you ensure a world‑class candidate experience.
• University Relations & Events: Actively represent GE Vernova at career fairs, campus interviews, and networking events. You build and maintain long‑term partnerships with universities and student organizations across the EMEA region.
• Business Partnering: Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their specific talent needs and develop targeted sourcing strategies to attract top campus talent.
• Operational Excellence: Maintain accurate and timely data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure compliance and robust reporting on recruiting metrics, while continuously identifying opportunities to improve process efficiency.

Your Qualifications

• 3-5 years of professional experience, ideally in early‑career recruiting or a similar HR function. Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
• Exceptional organizational skills and acute attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills; you are a confident and engaging presenter when speaking with students, faculty, and internal leaders.
• Proactive, self‑motivated, and energized by mentoring early‑career talent.
• Native or professional working proficiency in both French and English (written and spoken).
• Willingness to travel during peak campus recruiting seasons.
• Education note: While a formal degree is valued, we are primarily interested in your professional experience and achievements.

• Recrutement & Sourcing (Volume) : Vous gérez le cycle complet de recrutement pour les profils débutants (ingénierie, finance, digital, opérations). De la publication des offres au sourcing, en passant par les entretiens et la gestion des offres, vous assurez une expérience candidat exemplaire.
• Stratégie de Campus : Vous représentez GE Vernova lors des forums écoles, journées portes ouvertes et événements de networking. Vous tissez des liens durables avec les écoles et universités de la région EMEA.
• Partenariat interne : Vous collaborez étroitement avec les managers opérationnels pour définir leurs besoins et concevoir des stratégies de sourcing ciblées pour attirer les meilleurs profils.
• Excellence Opérationnelle : Vous assurez le suivi rigoureux des données dans notre système de gestion des candidatures (ATS) afin de garantir la conformité et d'optimiser nos processus de recrutement par des indicateurs de performance précis.

Votre profil

• Vous possédez une expérience professionnelle confirmée (3-5 ans) dans le recrutement ou les ressources humaines, idéalement sur des rôles liés aux profils "Early Career". Vous êtes à l'aise dans des environnements dynamiques à fort volume de recrutement.
• Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre organisation exceptionnelle, votre sens du détail et votre capacité à gérer plusieurs priorités simultanément.
• Vous faites preuve d'excellentes qualités relationnelles et de communication, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit, et vous êtes à l'aise pour présenter devant des publics variés.
• Vous êtes proactive, autonome et enthousiaste à l'idée de mentorat.
• Vous maîtrisez parfaitement le français et l'anglais (lu, écrit, parlé).
• Vous êtes disponible pour des déplacements ponctuels lors des périodes de recrutement sur les campus.
• Note sur la formation : Un diplôme universitaire est apprécié, mais nous accordons une importance primordiale à votre expérience et à vos réalisations professionnelles.
