Program Structure
- Months 1‑4: Mastering the Foundations
- You’ll start as a sales associate on the shop floor, learning the core of what makes UNIQLO unique – customer focus, attention to detail and efficiency.
- You’ll master:
- Customer service & fitting rooms
- Deliveries & replenishment
- Checkout & omni‑channel services
- Months 5‑6: Step forward – Take the lead
- As a supervisor you’ll lead daily operations while training colleagues and owning sales performance.
- Key responsibilities include:
- Daily scheduling & team coordination
- Training & working alongside newer team members
- Ownership of a key product category
- Focus on developing strong people‑management soft skills and building trust across a diverse team.
- Months 7‑12: Driving the Business
- Take broad operational responsibility alongside the Store Manager, with responsibilities including:
- Sales floor layout & optimisation
- Staff development & training plans
- Store audits & maintaining brand standards
- Weekly scheduling based on sales projections
- Monitoring sales KPIs and managing inventory
- You’ll handle crisis situations and meet people’s needs, requiring discipline and problem‑solving skills.
- The rotation may require relocating to a different city to benefit your development.
- Take broad operational responsibility alongside the Store Manager, with responsibilities including:

Who We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s or master’s graduate with permanent work authorisation in France (student or graduate visas not accepted).
- Ready to start full‑time in September 2026.
- Proficient in English and French (B2 level minimum).
- Flexible to work weekends and various shifts.
- Willing to relocate within France as required.
