Union Relations Lead

• Build and maintain trusted, long-term relationships with unions, federations, and structures representing employees and members
• Map the ecosystem, prioritize interlocutors, and design engagement strategies at confederal, federal, and branch levels
• Represent Alan in federations, working groups, congresses, and paritariste institutions
• Serve as a credible and consistent Alan voice recognized by social partners
• Partner with Enterprise and Public Sector teams serving large private employers and public-sector clients
• Brief commercial teams on social-partner context and how Alan’s offering aligns with their priorities
• Introduce relevant contacts during commercial cycles to create commercial leverage
• Share Alan’s content with social partners
• Follow branch-level dialogue and the broader paritariste ecosystem
• Provide early internal insight into the direction of social dialogue and implications for Alan’s strategy
• Build and maintain a knowledge library covering social-partner positions, branch agreements, and paritariste institutions
• Implement processes and AI tools to improve social-partner engagement and documentation
• Share best practices with the broader Enterprise & Public Sector team
• Provide competitive intelligence on social-partner and competitor positioning in key markets

Requirements

• At least 8 years of total experience in social partner relations
• Credibility at federation level, with ability to engage federation leadership as a peer
• Deep knowledge of the paritariste ecosystem, including branch agreements, confederal mandates, protection sociale reforms, and institutional functions
• Proven ability to build trust with social partners from the employer/state side
• Outstanding stakeholder management; calm, discreet, trustworthy, and able to represent Alan substantively
• Ability to translate Alan’s product and strategy into compelling narratives for social partner audiences
• Demonstrable impact of prior social-partner work on commercial and strategic outcomes
• Self-starter comfortable building from scratch in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Ego-free and lever-minded; able to accelerate others without seeking the spotlight
• Based in or willing to relocate to Paris
• Full working proficiency in French sufficient to engage with unions in French
• Advanced level in English
• Nice to have: confederal or federal elected/permanent experience
• Nice to have: experience inside a paritariste institution
• Nice to have: experience inside a sector federation on its social dialogue agenda
• Nice to have: legal background in droit social and ability to read accords collectifs quickly
• Nice to have: international exposure to the European social dialogue ecosystem
• Nice to have: experience with RFPs or tenders involving union-negotiated or paritariste schemes
