Unilever Future Leaders Program (UFLP)

The Unilever Future Leaders Program is a 36‑month rotational leadership development program designed to grow top‑performing undergraduate talent into managers within three years. Participants are hired into a function and develop leadership skills through real projects that prepare them for their first management role.

Programme Structure

The program consists of three 12‑month rotations across Sales and Marketing divisions, giving participants hands‑on experience in core business functions.

  • Chef de Secteur / Field Sales Specialist – builds foundational industry knowledge.
  • Category Manager – develops product and category strategy.
  • Key Account Manager (retail, e‑commerce, etc.) – manages strategic customer relationships.
  • Product Manager – drives product lifecycle and launch initiatives.

Roles & Responsibilities

Participants will:

  • Build partnerships with distributors, supermarkets, convenience stores, and e‑commerce channels.
  • Collaborate on new product launches, recommend product ranges, and negotiate annual business plans.
  • Influence and negotiate with stakeholders to maximize market penetration.
  • Lead cross‑functional projects to support business growth.

Candidate Profile

  • Fluent in both French and English.
  • Fresh graduate or professional with no more than two years of experience.
  • Valid French driving licence.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, commercial acumen, logical thinking, ambition, and a solid analytical capability.
  • Flexibility to relocate for rotations across different regions.

  2. Profile Assessment – Two stages: a personality portrait test and an online cognitive assessment.
  3. Digital Interview – Record a short interview followed by a business case; a real person reviews the submission.
  4. Discovery Centre – Attend a day of hands‑on activities, meetings, and a live interview with Unilever colleagues.
