Un Chargé d’Etudes Projet - Coordinateur de Maîtrise d'Œuvre F/H

Missions under the responsibility of your line manager

• Participate in the implementation of a project's design/construction studies.
• Establish a contract review.
• Support internal and external players in the design process.
• Organize the financial elements for your part with the price studies department.
• Prepare the bid documents that concern you with your superiors (during the call for tenders phase).

Job Requirements

REQUIRED LEVEL OF EDUCATION 5 years' higher education

FIELDS OF STUDY Building - Civil engineering

REQUIRED PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE Minimum 3 years as a Price studies officer - "Works" professional experience appreciated

Job Environment

• INTERNAL Engineering offices (structures, methods, energy, geotechnics) - Price studies - Commercial - SQE - Real estate
• EXTERNAL Architects - Specialist engineering offices - Various service providers (BIM, bid marketing, etc.)

Expérience Formation Bac +3 à Bac +5 en génie civil, bâtiment, travaux publics, ingénierie ou équivalent.

Expérience confirmée en maîtrise d'oeuvre, conduite de travaux ou gestion de chantier.

Expérience sur des sites industriels ou sensibles appréciée.
