UI/UX Designer

We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to create intuitive user experiences and beautiful interfaces that delight our users and drive engagement. You will work closely with product managers and developers to bring ideas to life.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct user research and usability testing to understand user needs
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma
• Design intuitive user interfaces for web and mobile applications
• Develop and maintain design systems and component libraries
• Collaborate with developers to ensure design implementation quality
• Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders
• Stay current with design trends and best practices

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
• 4-6 years of experience in UI/UX design
• Expert proficiency in Figma and other design tools
• Experience with user research methodologies
• Understanding of design systems and atomic design principles
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS and responsive design
• Excellent communication and presentation skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with motion design and micro-interactions
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG)
• Familiarity with front-end frameworks
• Experience with design tokens and design-to-code workflows
• Understanding of data visualization principles
