The Role

A distinguished international family is seeking an exceptional, highly experienced travel nanny to provide seamless, attentive care for their two young children during an extended period of travel across Europe.

This is a premium opportunity suited to a polished, career nanny accustomed to working within fully staffed, high-profile households. The ideal candidate will be discreet, adaptable, and capable of maintaining the highest standards of care in ever-changing environments.

Children

• Girl (2 – born September 2023)
• Boy (1 – born February 2025)

Both children are in early developmental stages, requiring a nanny who is confident supporting routines, milestones, and nurturing engagement.

Itinerary

• 2-12 July: Italy (TBC)
• 13-21 July: TBC
• 22 July – 7 August: Portugal (Costa Terra – tentative)
• 8-31 August: London
• 1-10 September: St Tropez
• 11-15 September: Edinburgh
• 16-25 September: St Tropez

Working Schedule

• Standard hours: 8/9am to 5/6pm
• Flexibility is essential in line with the family’s schedule and travel commitments

Additional Requirements

• 17-19 September: Extended working days due to family wedding events
  • Morning start as usual
  • Full evening coverage, including bedtime routine and overnight supervision until parents return

Responsibilities

• Delivering exception, developmentally focussed childcare
• Establishing and maintaining consistent routines across multiple residences
• Planning engaging, age-appropriate activities
• Coordinating children’s daily schedules in collaboration with parents and staff
• Packing, wardrobe management, and organisation for travel
• Maintaining immaculate children’s areas
• Providing calm, confident support in dynamic, high-profile settings

Candidate Profile

• Extensive experience with infants and toddlers within private households
• Proven background as a travel nanny (essential)
• Professional, discreet, and highly polished presentation
• Naturally organised, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Calm, flexible, and solutions-focussed approach
• Comfortable working alongside fully staffed teams
• EU travel eligibility / valid passport required
