About the role:

• Own user acquisition strategy across your portfolio of app
• Launch, optimize and analyse campaign performance and player acquisition data, turning insights into clear optimisation decisions.
• Lead the optimisation efforts across creatives, geo, platform, and channel to maximize returns, scale new games and deliver performance
• Collaborate closely with other teams from Product, Data & Creatives to align, share insights & make decisions.
• Part of the Squared marketing team at our headquarter, in Paris, Boulogne.

What we’re looking for

• 5 minimum years of experience in User Acquisition with proven track record of successfully scaling new games
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain performance insights clearly
• Ability to navigate between both strategic planning and day-to-day execution/optimisation
• Curious and eager to continuously test, learn and improve
• Fluent in French & English
