Gaming studio, is looking for an i

Gaming specialist to test its casino games and be the « voice of quality » for its products, across the Games, Platform and Integration verticals. The studio currently releases a new game roughly every three weeks and aims to reach one every two weeks.

Responsibilities

• Analyse users' stories, use cases and requirements for validity and feasibility
• Develop and review test scenarios based on the product requirements
• Execute test cases across Games, Platform and Integration
• Collaborate closely with team members and other departments, and incorporate communicated changes
• Estimate test effort and prioritise defects
• Execute all levels of testing: functionality, regression, smoke, user acceptance testing
• Identify and track software defects and inconsistencies through the bug tracking tool
• Test on different operating systems and devices
• Check beta versions before official releases
• Provide possible solutions and recommend improvements to enhance player experience
• Handle and track bug fix versions and game release versions
• Handle production release and post-production support
• Document test progress, results and QA best practices

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience testing products in the iGaming industry (preferably slots games)
• Good understanding and experience of QA processes and agile development
• Knowledge of usability and user interface testing
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Understanding of game mechanics in the iGaming market
• Familiar with game engines
• Experience with test/project management tools like JIRA, Xray and Confluence
• Hands-on experience with APIs and Postman
• GitLab knowledge is a plus
• High proficiency in English, with clear and effective communication
• Developed interpersonal skills, ability to influence and build relationships
• Freelance status and a valid work permit
