TV Supervision Process and Strategy Manager

• Define and lead the strategy and supervision processes for the TV scope
• Optimize supervision through alarm correlation, automation, and the reduction of low-value tasks
• Develop supervision methods, processes, and tools
• Implement and optimize monitoring for TV services: Live, Replay, and playout control
• Participate in the implementation of new alarms and define the associated prerequisites
• Improve analysis, monitoring, and alarming tools
• Ensure the operational readiness and ongoing availability of the supervision system
• Ensure the detection, qualification, and investigation of incidents
• Conduct incident post-mortems and identify improvement actions
• Coordinate supervision teams, technical teams, and support functions
• Implement and automate reporting and dashboards
• Analyze KPIs, identify anomalies, and lead the monitoring of action plans
• Verify the effectiveness of actions and contribute to the continuous improvement of the supervision system

Requirements

• Higher education degree in computer science, telecommunications, networking, or systems
• Significant experience in a supervision, monitoring, NOC, or technical operations environment
• Experience in TV, IPTV, OTT, broadcast, or telecommunications environments is preferred
• Strong command of supervision and monitoring in critical environments
• Strong command of alarm management, analysis, and correlation
• Proficiency in task and control automation
• Knowledge of incident management and continuous improvement
• Experience working in NOC or supervision cockpit environments
• Knowledge of IP networks and broadcasting systems
• Skills in KPI tracking, reporting, and data analysis
• Ability to coordinate technical teams and support functions
• Knowledge of Witbe, Temip, Dataminer, Mireador, Grafana, or Power BI is a plus
• Autonomous, rigorous, proactive, and analytical
• Experience in a TV/IPTV or broadcast environment is highly valued
