Responsibilities

• Execute the design, analysis, or evaluation of assigned projects using sound engineering principles
• Develop specialized expertise in their discipline
• Act as a point of reference for best practices and quality
• Contribute to the development of strategy and policies

Requirements

• Significant experience in engineering/technology and mechanical components
• Education equivalent to a Master's degree from an accredited university or school (or high school diploma with relevant experience)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
• Demonstrated ability to analyze and solve problems
• Demonstrated ability to lead programs/projects
