We are looking for a Treasury System Business Analyst.
Your Responsibilities
Main Activities
- Implementation of processes and procedures guaranteeing the security of financial flows and data:
- Implementation of the internal control and IT security rules defined with the Internal Audit and Internal Control Department, along with the training of treasurers on these topics.
- Participation in and support for the annual audits
- Participation in the development projects of Treasury Information Systems in France and internationally:
- Manage daily relationships with both internal stakeholders (IT department, SAP centers, accounting teams, French and international treasurers) and external partners (service providers, banks, etc.).
- Understand the needs of the treasurers and the Valeo Internal Bank, and guide system evolution accordingly: drafting functional and technical specifications in collaboration with business owners.
- Project management and ensure end-to-end delivery of any new initiative impacting treasury information systems, involving the right stakeholders.
- Support the development of new payment formats: analysis and validation of banking documentation related to Swiftnet connectivity, coordinate and participate in testing.
- Functional management of treasury information systems:
- Participate in the administration and first-level support of the AllMyBanks and Quantum solutions: Manage incidents and change requests (JIRA tool).
- Guarantee and configure the user reports.
- Take part in the validation of fixes and application releases delivered by the software vendors.
About You
- 2 to 5 years’ experience ideally about Treasury operations
- Graduated from a Finance program (with Information Systems Management skills) or from an Information Systems engineering program (with a specialization or skills in Corporate Finance).
- Key Competencies : Knowledge of information systems, preferably Finance / Treasury, skilled in Project Management, Ability to work in an international environment, knowledge of banking formats
- French and English Fluent (mandatory)
