Traveling Grinding & Grooving Field Operator

Emery Sapp & Sons, Inc. (ESS) is seeking a Grinding & Grooving Operator to run pavement grinding and grooving equipment on roadway and airport projects. This role requires extensive travel across the United States, with extended periods away from home to support active operations.

Responsibilities include safe operation, inspections, setup and maintenance, plan interpretation, and collaboration with foremen and crew to meet production goals. Flexibility with schedule and travel is essential.
