With offices in the US and across destinations, our dedicated teams led by Country Managers offer the benefits of working with a US company while also providing in-depth local knowledge, support, and a complete solution from 4* to ultraluxe.

Travelive expertise includes custom FIT itineraries, group and multi-generational travel, country combinations, pre-and-post cruise, shore excursions, private yacht charters, and villas. Travelive planners are available for consultation with advisors and their clients. Daily interaction (email and phone) with US Travel Agents and clients.

We are looking to expand our sales team for France and are seeking an experienced Travel Planner, focused on incoming travel to France.

Applicants should be highly motivated individuals seeking a career path featuring exceptional opportunities for personal and professional growth.

Responsibilities include:

  • Master Travelive destinations, itineraries, and services with a primary focus on France.
  • Create client profiles and prepare client quotations.
  • Ensure all inquiries are handled precisely and promptly, ensuring thorough understanding of client requirements.
  • Convert inquiries into salesko and meet salesstdintargets.
  • Offer bespoke travel solutions tailored to individual client needs, crafting unique itineraries to fulfill specific requests.
  • Maintain organized communication, quotations, and reports.
  • Stay current with the travel industry and destination trends, our company, industry training and tools.

Qualified applicants should have:

  • In-depth knowledge of travel destinations in France.
  • Experience planning and selling luxury travel in France.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Company CRM and Booking Platform.
  • Team-oriented mindset, extremely motivated, and able to work independently.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and work under pressure.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to set priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Candidates should embody a sociable, passionate, and sophisticated demeanor.
  • Fluency in English both written and verbal.
  • Minimum of 4 years' experience in the travel industry and especially in French travel market.
  • Impeccable attention to detail ensuring flawless execution of all travel arrangements.

Compensation based on experience and includes salary and monthly bonus for meeting sales targets.
