Travel-Heavy Site Manager: Lighting Retrofit Lead

Energyficient is seeking a Site Manager to lead our construction team. This role covers pre-construction planning, on-site construction, and project closeout with 80% travel nationwide.

You will coordinate with subcontractors to ensure safety, quality workmanship, and schedule adherence, while maintaining budgets and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate has experience in electrical work or construction management, strong leadership, and excellent communication.
