Travel Designer (European Hours)
We are hiring a European Hours Travel Designer. This role will operate during European business hours and serve as real‑time support for our clients while they are traveling and while the U.S. team is offline. We are agnostic on location as long as you will be available for CEST.
Training will take place during U.S. hours throughout the month of May, with a transition to European hours beginning in June.
FlySmoother is a membership‑based travel agency dedicated to creating unforgettable and seamless travel experiences. Our mission is to provide personalized support from the initial planning stages all the way to our clients’ return home. We are committed to building close relationships with our clients and take pride in going the extra mile to meet their needs. Our clients remain loyal to us due to our personal touches and unique problem‑solving abilities.
We are searching for a full‑time Travel Designer focused on in‑trip execution and support. Our clients will rely on you to do everything from securing a last‑minute dinner reservation to rearranging plans when something goes wrong. This role requires someone who is highly responsive, resourceful, and calm under pressure. While you may not have extensively traveled, a strong interest in travel, food, and hospitality is important. Experience in hospitality is a must.
