Responsibilities
- Plan, mobilise and lead projects of high complexity and scale from definition to closure
- Perform analysis with business/functions to define operational solutions/models
- Manage change (analysis and implementation) in a sustainable way and monitor benefits
- Be responsible for the end‑to‑end delivery of projects, proactively balancing scope, schedule, budget, risks, team, outcomes and benefits
- Manage responsibilities, objectives and task allocations for your projects to ensure individuals are being allocated in accordance with their skills
- Work in close cooperation with global and regional value streams and anticipate and manage stakeholder expectations
- Identify and analyse complex problems involving wider teams, generate feasible and creative solutions, lead brainstorming meetings to discuss and/or resolve problems
- Challenge requirements and designs, propose innovative business solutions to realise agreed business outputs
- Coordinate, prioritise and document requirements
Qualifications
- Fluent English required, French appreciated
- Strong organisational and analytical skills
- Strong drive to deliver efficient and sustainable outcomes
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Ability to motivate and lead people, employing appropriate management styles
- Degree of higher education
- Project management certifications (PMP, MSP, Prince2 or Agile PM) optional
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt optional
