Transformation PM (Regulatory & Operational Excellence) - FR

We are seeking an experienced Transformation Project Manager to lead a complex, cross-functional business transformation programme focused on regulatory readiness, operational excellence, process optimisation, data governance, and technology enablement. This consultant will operate at the intersection of business, compliance, operations, data, and technology, ensuring evolving regulatory requirements are translated into scalable operational solutions. The role combines strategic programme leadership with hands-on execution in a highly collaborative international environment. The successful candidate will work with business leaders, operational teams, technology specialists, data experts, suppliers, and external partners to deliver measurable business outcomes, improve efficiency, and strengthen governance and compliance capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a large-scale transformation programme across multiple business and technology workstreams.
• Translate regulatory requirements into practical and scalable business solutions.
• Drive delivery from strategy through implementation and operational adoption.
• Develop and manage programme roadmaps, milestones, and governance structures.
• Analyse and redesign end-to-end business processes.
• Identify automation and process optimisation opportunities.
• Define and implement scalable operating models supporting compliance and efficiency goals.
• Establish programme governance, reporting, and decision-making frameworks.
• Support data governance, traceability, reporting, and information management initiatives.
• Partner with Solution Architects and Data teams to define data requirements and controls.
• Engage senior stakeholders across business, operations, compliance, and technology functions.
• Coordinate pilots, proof-of-concepts, and scaling activities following successful validation.

Required Experience

• Proven experience leading large-scale business transformation programmes.
• Strong Project Management or Programme Management background.
• Experience delivering regulatory, compliance, governance, risk, or operational excellence initiatives.
• Experience working across both business and technology teams.
• Strong stakeholder management at executive and operational levels.
• Ability to translate strategy into execution and measurable results.
• Experience establishing governance frameworks and delivery models.
• Strong communication and reporting capabilities.
