As Transformation Manager, you'll support our Strategy, Risk & ESG department in driving the strategic and sustainable transformation of Center Parcs Europe. You'll contribute to the definition, analysis, and execution of cross-functional projects that bring our strategic roadmap Beyond Reinvention to life — embedding ESG principles into business decisions and project design to ensure we grow responsibly and sustainably.

Your Daily Impact

• You conduct strategic analysis, benchmarking, and trend studies to help anticipate changes in the hospitality and sustainability landscape.
• You analyze internal data to build business cases and model scenarios that integrate both financial and ESG dimensions such as energy efficiency, wellbeing, and biodiversity.
• You support the Head of Transformation in managing cross-country, cross-functional projects, defining clear milestones, KPIs, and sustainability metrics.
• You prepare executive deliverables and recommendations, ensuring clear alignment between strategy, operations, and ESG ambitions.
• You act as a bridge between Strategy, ESG, and operational teams, helping connect performance, impact, and purpose across the organization.

Does This Sound Like You?

• You hold a Master's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or Strategy and bring 3–5 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or transformation, ideally in the hospitality or sustainability sectors.
• You have strong analytical and communication skills, with proficiency in Excel (financial/impact modelling) and PowerPoint (executive storytelling). You're comfortable working across teams and with senior management.
• You're passionate about sustainability, fluent in English and French, and eager to help shape a responsible future through strategic, data-driven impact.
