About the Role

We are looking for an experienced SBU Transformation Lead to join our Transformation Office. Reporting to both the Regional Managing Director and the Director of the Global Transformation Office, the SBU Transformation Lead will be responsible for planning, coordinating and driving the delivery of strategic transformation initiatives across the region. Working closely with regional leadership and the global Transformation Office, the successful candidate will ensure transformation activities are delivered effectively while remaining aligned with day-to-day business operations.

This is a highly collaborative role requiring strong programme coordination, PMO discipline, stakeholder management and change management expertise. The successful candidate will act as the central point of coordination across multiple transformation workstreams, ensuring initiatives remain on track and deliver sustainable business value.

Key Responsibilities

Transformation Planning

• Define the regional transformation roadmap, priorities and success measures.
• Develop integrated deployment plans across Commercial, Operations and Organisational Efficiency initiatives.
• Ensure appropriate cross-functional engagement across workstreams and business functions.
• Coordinate transformation activities alongside business-as-usual (BAU) priorities to provide a complete view of regional activity.
• Maintain alignment between regional plans and the Global Transformation Office.

Programme Delivery & PMO

• Drive delivery of the transformation roadmap through effective programme coordination and hands-on support during early implementation and pilot phases.
• Coordinate activities across senior leadership, initiative owners, HR, IT, business process owners and functional teams.
• Track delivery against milestones, KPIs, budgets and expected benefits.
• Prepare governance updates, facilitate programme meetings and provide clear progress reporting.
• Lead problem-solving sessions for initiatives at risk, identifying blockers and implementing practical recovery plans.
• Support the ongoing development and maintenance of the Transformation Deployment Playbook in partnership with the Global Transformation Office.

Change Management & Adoption

• Coordinate the regional change management and communications approach.
• Review and provide feedback on change management plans within individual initiatives.
• Ensure operational adoption KPIs are defined and monitored.
• Coach initiative owners on effective change management practices to maximise adoption.
• Monitor adoption metrics and proactively intervene where initiatives require additional support.
• Partner with Transformation Leads across other SBUs to ensure consistent application of transformation methodologies and governance.
• Promote best-practice sharing across pilot programmes, working groups and implementation activities.
• Support the transition of completed initiatives into business-as-usual operations.
• Help establish the capability and governance required for continuous improvement beyond programme delivery.

About You

We are looking for an experienced programme or transformation professional who combines strong PMO capability with excellent stakeholder management and coaching skills.

• Proven experience in programme, portfolio or PMO leadership.
