Job Overview
Are you passionate about helping clients optimize their cash, trade and working capital solutions? Join ING Wholesale Banking and play a key role in growing our Transaction Services business while delivering innovative solutions to complex corporate clients.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Generate new Transaction Services revenue opportunities with existing and prospective Wholesale Banking clients.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase wallet share across Cash Management, Liquidity Management and Trade Finance solutions.
- Lead the end-to-end sales process, from opportunity identification and client pitching through to mandate signing.
- Collaborate with Advisory & Structuring teams to deliver tailored client solutions and compelling proposals.
- Negotiate commercial agreements and pricing structures while balancing client needs, profitability and ING's risk appetite.
- Build trusted relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to maximize cross-buy opportunities and deliver exceptional client experiences.
- Ensure compliance with ING's KYC requirements and risk frameworks throughout the client lifecycle.
- Represent ING at client meetings, industry events and networking opportunities while staying informed about market developments and emerging trends.

Qualifications
- Higher education (HBO) or University education (Bachelor or Master's degree) preferably in Economics, Accounting or Finance.
- Proven experience in Transaction Services, Treasury Services, Cash Management, Trade Finance or a related banking environment.
- Strong commercial and business development skills, with a track record of originating and winning new business.
- Deep knowledge of Cash and Trade solutions for complex corporate and institutional clients.
- The ability to build trusted relationships and influence senior client stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of risk management, KYC requirements and financial services regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with professional fluency in English and French.
