Position: Training Coordinator (Toulouse)
Person would be 3 days in office and 2 days WFH
English Version: Fixed-term contract to cover an employee on long-term sick leave; the duration of the contract will depend on the length of the employee’s absence.
French Version: Contrat à durée déterminée pour le remplacement d’un salarié en congé maladie de longue durée ; la durée du contrat dépendra de la durée de l’absence du salarié remplacé.
We are looking for our new team member. This role is part of the Training Delivery Team, which ensures the provision of exceptional service to our clients in France.
This position is part of a collaborative project with team members located in India.
As an Administrative Assistant, you will report to the Training Operations Manager. You will be the main point of contact for local stakeholders. You will support the team responsible for all aspects of Training Delivery, working primarily with the OPCO, training vendors, and internal teams.
Roles & Responsibility:
- Follow up on the delayed submission of attendance sheets and vendor invoices.
- Request and verify the correction of training agreements when they do not meet requirements.
- Communicate with vendors regarding invoicing when training settlement is done via subrogation of payment by OPCO.
- Act as a key liaison between vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless administration of training payment settlement.
- Guide vendors on administrative processes when training payment is handled directly by the client.
- Provide first-line support to users for issues or requests related to training delivery.
- Step in to support the Training Delivery team, as needed, by analyzing client training needs to determine the required number of sessions and handling training planning
Experience & Skill:
- 1 to 2 years of experience in an administrative or related role.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience or knowledge of training administration and vendor coordination preferred.
- Effective communication skills to interface with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
- Knowledge of SFdC and Cornerstone LMS is a significant plus but not mandatory.
- Fluent in French and English.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite.
- Job permit to work in France is a mandatory requirement
