Job Description
Procter & Gamble’s plant in Blois, located in the Loir‑et‑Cher region, is one of the largest shampoo production sites in the group. Every day we produce over 2 million bottles. Our brands include Head®&Shoulders®, Pantene®, Herbal Essences®, Aussie®, and Old Spice®. The site is highly automated with cutting‑edge technology in the cosmetic industry. Your Contribution to the Success of Procter & Gamble
As a Packaging Process Engineer, you will play a key role in the MPD department (Material Process Development – Packaging). This department is dedicated to optimizing and innovating our formulas, packaging, materials, and processes. You will have the opportunity to actively participate in the implementation of new materials and formulas within the factory while contributing to the continuous improvement of the efficiency of our production lines.
Key Missions and Projects
- Proactive management of supplier complaints: collaborate with our partners to quickly resolve issues related to materials.
- In‑depth investigation of targeted issues: work closely with operational teams and suppliers to identify and solve problems related to materials, ensuring the quality and performance of our products.
- Management of chronic loss: develop innovative strategies to identify and address losses related to packaging within the factory.

Job Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bac +4/5 program at an engineering school, a Master’s in Processes, Materials, Automation, or Industrial Engineering.
- A good command of English and French.
- A proactive mindset and the ability to take initiatives.
- A collaborative spirit and strong interpersonal skills.
