Internship Opportunity

The Marketing Development department is looking for a new intern to start in July 2026 and work until the end of December 2026.

What does this internship involve?

• As part of the Marketing Development team, you will assist the cosmetics development product managers with:

• 1. Product innovation: Market research (trend analysis, performance, market/competition) to inform marketing strategy and identify new opportunities. Participation in the development of new products with the various departments (research, formula & packaging development, scientific affairs teams): assistance with research and the creation of new concepts, product mix recommendations, development management (briefing and monitoring of formula and packaging retroplanning), participation in the implementation of efficacy tests.

• 2. Development of launch campaigns: Participation in 360° thinking. Assistance in the development of launch assets (launch files, claims, etc.) in conjunction with marketing departments (digital, trade, training, etc.).

Required skills

• Interest and passion for the cosmetics market.
• Previous experience as an assistant product development manager in cosmetics would be a plus.
• Good knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Ability to synthesize information, organizational skills, dynamism, rigor, autonomy, creativity, team spirit, and responsiveness.
• Good interpersonal and writing skills.
• Fluency in spoken and written English.
