Responsibilities
- Analyze raised issues, suggest adequate solutions, or follow the related binary corrections, on the equity module scope (including pricing, Murex Analytics, lifecycle, Livebook, performances with the help of dedicated teams).
- Work closely with senior PES consultants that have been working for years on this account, and know in details the functionalities and products used by the client.
- You will be hands-on to analyze issues found by the client team: in particular pricing and greeks reconciliation. Murex Analytics experience (MACS) is a plus.
- Assist to build reduced test cases for the binary corrections, and work closely with several development teams to help them debug and correct, and then to test and deliver fixes to the client.
- Become the single point of contact for EQD with the client services team.
- Be in charge of maintaining the prioritized backlog of issues to analyze and correct by bi-weekly coordination calls with the client services team, and following up on the progress.
Requirements
- Master's or Bachelor's Degree, preferably from Financial Engineering, Quantitative Finance, Computer Science or relevant discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of Murex Front Office experience.
- Solid knowledge with Fixed Income, Equity Derivatives, Pricing and Greeks reconciliation.
- Familiar with SQL scripting (perl, awk).
- Familiar with financial instruments representation and their lifecycle management.
- Familiar with dynamic table and simulation view.
- Possess experience gathering and analyzing requirements from users.
- Excellent communication skills, able to handle multiple projects, priorities and manage business expectations.
- Must be customer driven, have the ability to work within a team environment, and be focused on providing a high quality of service to the customer.
- Strong and demonstrable problem solving/ analytical skills.
