Context

We are seeking multiple candidates to join our client (CIB) as a Production Support Application Analyst in Front Office (FO) based in New York City (Manhattan) .

This opportunity is open to French professionals willing to relocate to New York .

The role is suited for technically skilled individuals with a deep understanding of financial products. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, complex front office support environment, combining technical expertise with financial knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for front office market access applications.
• Quickly diagnose and resolve issues affecting the production environment.
• Collaborate with IT and business units to enhance application performance and reliability.
• Participate in developing and implementing new system requirements.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal controls.
• Monitor and optimize system performance continuously.
• Document technical issues and maintain logs for future reference.

Educational and Professional Requirements

• Degree in finance, computer science, or related field.
• Proven experience in production support within a front office environment , preferably with market access exposure.
• Strong technical skills and a thorough understanding of financial products and markets.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Python, SQL) and database management.
• Experience with Unix/Linux systems.
• Highly analytical with the ability to perform under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with IT and business teams.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.
