For this role, we are actively looking for bright, young talent who are enthusiastic about learning and developing their trading skills. This opportunity in a fast-paced environment, where there is a strong emphasis on in-depth research and the generation of alpha. Successful candidates will be immersed in a challenging yet rewarding atmosphere, gaining hands-on experience and contributing to innovative trading strategies.
Role and responsibilities
- Provide first-level support to the trading activities.
- Develop and improve trading strategies on both centralized (CEX) and decentralized (DEX) exchanges.
- Generate post-trade analysis reports.
- Assist traders in their day-to-day crypto operations
Requirements
Background and experience
- Master's degree in Quantitative Finance, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Statistics.
- Strong coding skills.
- Solid understanding of cryptocurrency concepts, including wallets, blockchains, smart contracts, and stablecoins.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
Conditions to participate in the Early Talent Program
- Start Date, starting from Mars 2026
- What would be the Internship duration ? 6 months (5 days in a week, full time, on-site)
