Trade Marketing Manager

The Retail Marketing & Operations team is hiring a Retail Marketing Manager.

The role

A key role at the intersection of Marketing, Retail, and Commercialisation, focused on strengthening relationships with brand partners to maximise their engagement and contribution to Village initiatives.

What you'll be doing

• Drives Retail Marketing strategy by managing brand relationships and partnerships to generate qualified footfall and support sales targets.
• Segments the brand portfolio and defines tailored strategies and campaigns to maximise brand performance and visibility.
• Aligns marketing and commercial calendars, positioning brand activations to deliver both branding impact and short-term sales results.
• Leads cross-functional collaboration and partnerships (internal teams and brand HQs) to deliver integrated campaigns, strong engagement, and continuous performance tracking.

What we're looking for

• Proven experience driving successful marketing initiatives
• Minimum 10 years of experience in a strong Luxury or Premium Brand environment
• Experience in negotiation and networking at high level
• Chameleon approach to relationships
• International experience is considered a strong asset
• Fluent in English & French, written and spoken
