Traceability Project Manager

• Lead the SAP Batch Management deployment program across all relevant sites.
• Define and monitor the project scope, timeline, budget, resources, and risks.
• Coordinate the Production, Quality, Supply Chain, and Information Technology teams to gather and prioritize requirements.
• Oversee the solution design, configuration, testing, and go-live phases.
• Organize site rollouts and support the launch and hypercare phases.
• Lead change management, training, and user support activities.
• Ensure communication and reporting to stakeholders and governance bodies.

Requirements

• Master's degree from an engineering school or equivalent, in Supply Chain, Information Systems, Production Management, or Industrial Project Management.
• At least 3 years of project management experience in an international industrial environment.
• Significant experience deploying SAP solutions across multiple industrial sites.
• Strong command of SAP Batch Management and knowledge of the PP (Production Planning), QM (Quality Management), MM (Materials Management), and SD (Sales and Distribution) modules.
• Knowledge of traceability requirements, regulatory compliance, and industrial process improvement.
• Good level of professional English, both written and spoken, enabling interaction with international teams.
• Leadership skills, ability to bring together diverse stakeholders, analytical mindset, and results-oriented approach.
• Position based at the Toulouse (31) headquarters, with frequent international travel to Group sites.
