Join the TP – Chef d’équipe VRD H/F role at Spie batignolles located in Corneville sur Risle, Normandy. This position is a full‑time, CDI that offers an engaging opportunity to contribute to major public works projects.

Responsibilities

• Organise and plan VRD works: street, open and wet networks, borders, paving, sidewalks…
• Encadre the crew and ensure their safety
• Actively participate in on‑site work, providing technical and operational support
• Read plans and apply technical instructions
• Follow up on the site and report information to the site manager
• Take care of equipment condition and its optimal use
• Guarantee health, safety and environment on site

Engagements SSE

• Master and respect SSE procedures, regulations related to the position
• Master and respect the policy and SSE management of the company
• Master the security culture of the group and the TP branch

Qualifications

Issu d’une formation CAP/BEP à Bac Pro in TP or equivalent, you have a first successful experience in supervising TP sites. You master the techniques related to roadworks, trenching and networks, and you know how to organise tasks efficiently on the ground.

Autonomous, rigorous and with a good sense of analysis, you are recognised for your natural leadership and your ability to federate a team. Your love of the ground and team spirit make you a respected and engaged team leader.
