Tourism developpment manager - F/H
As part of Groupe ADP's airport portfolio development policy, the Tourism Development Manager participates in drafting the annual tourism development plan. He or she ensures the implementation, activation, and monitoring of a portfolio of private and institutional stakeholders and contributors to passenger traffic growth, in coordination with the Head of Air Traffic Development.
In this role, your main responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing the inbound tourism traffic development strategy for Paris (and relevant Groupe ADP airports) by identifying priority target source markets (in volume and value), targeting travel distribution players (tour operators, OTAs, etc.), and implementing levers to unlock new potential for visitor passenger traffic.
- Monitoring market trends and identifying, analysing, and mapping key tourism stakeholders (public authorities, tour operators, travel agencies, and tourism boards) in priority markets, including the Middle East, China, Southeast Asia, Africa and the Americas.
- Ensuring effective coordination with relevant internal teams (customer division DCL, public affairs, marketing, and communication across all airports within the Groupe ADP portfolio) as well as external stakeholders and institutions (Atout France, Comité régional du tourisme (CRT), tourism boards, etc.)
- Supporting route development activities (market analysis, creating the Air Traffic Development strategy and roadmap in collaboration with Air Traffic Development Managers, producing business cases for airlines, facilitating connections between tour operators and airlines, organizing workshops) and promoting destinations served by Groupe ADP airports.
In addition, you will perform the following secondary missions:
- Coordinate the department's internal and external communication actions (digital, events, press).
- Support the promotion of commercial services (namely Extime) in markets not covered by the Groupe ADP commercial department (DCLM).
- Ensure the implementation and monitoring of your activities: market monitoring, activity reporting, while contributing to the update of the CRM.
- Support the marketing strategy aimed at promoting Groupe ADP's airport portfolio by creating promotional materials, producing B2B newsletter content, and participating in the organization of promotional events.
Profile:
Graduate of a business, engineering, political science school or university with 5 years of significant experience in the international business development, (tourism or air transport industries preferred).
Strong analytical and synthesis skills and an entrepreneurial spirit that allows you to identify and generate business independently.
Experience in representing company interests towards potential prospects (up to C-level).
The successful candidate will be able to use Excel, Power Point and Word software from day 1 to deliver analysis and reports in an autonomous way.
Fluent English mandatory, French and Mandarin would be a plus.
The position is full-time based in Roissy Charles de Gaulle, regular business trips (France and international).
Homeoffice is possible 3 days per week
