Tour Sound Lead - Head of Audio & MIT

Cirque du Soleil Entertainment Group, via Blue Man Group North American Tour, is seeking an experienced Head of Audio & MIT to lead the Sound Department for the 2026 A New Holiday Surprise production. You will oversee all aspects of sound reinforcement, mixing, playback, and MIT supervision across venues.

This role requires strong leadership, travel readiness (Nov 2026–Dec 2026), and a deep commitment to safety and artistic integrity in a touring environment.
