Overview

Airbus Helicopters is seeking a Tour de Contrôle Technical Data Front Office (f/h) to join the Technical Data Delivery / Support & Services department, based in Marignane, France. This role contributes to shaping the future of aviation and supporting mission success with our helicopters. The Marignane site is a major French industrial site near Marseille and Aix-en-Provence, offering a high-tech, inclusive and environmentally respectful workplace.

Responsibilities

  • Optimize and supervise the execution of Front Office activities and processes at a global level.
  • Monitor and manage risks related to global KPIs.
  • Contribute to and monitor the continuous improvement plan.
  • Ensure coherence of financial and forecast data (revenue and contract volumes).
  • Manage the global customer action plan with relevant stakeholders.
  • Consolidate internal customer requests and engage stakeholders to propose solutions.
  • Communicate and deploy requirements upstream and downstream.
  • Anticipate team needs (cover, absences, etc.).
  • Anticipate operational impacts (change management).
  • Analyze database optimization needs and report anomalies to the team.
  • Ensure compliance with the commercial policy.
  • Monitor the workload of global sales agents (renewals, customers, subject complexity, etc.).
  • Train and lead the skills of the global sales network (Airbus France, Airbus Germany, Customer Centers) including Commercial Policy, Operational, and Priority management.

Qualifications

  • Professional experience: confirmed level.
  • Education: Bachelor level or equivalent (BAC+3).
  • Project management: proven leadership and project management experience.
  • Industry knowledge: experience in aerospace is a plus.
  • IT skills: advanced mastery of standard software and IT tools (Apps Script, Spotfire, IT process automation, Skywise, etc.).
  • Customer relationship: excellent interpersonal skills and ability to manage customer relationships.
  • Negotiation: strong negotiation and influencing abilities.
  • Mindset: proactive, autonomous and results-oriented.
  • Languages: English fluent, French fluent.
