TM1 Architect

Overview

Duration: 3 months + possible extension. We're looking for a TM1 Architect for one of our key international clients at Huxley. This is a freelance remote position based in Europe, with the possibility of long-term collaboration. Details of the position:

• Role: TM1 Architect or IBM Planning Analytics Architect
• Start date: March 2026
• Duration: 3 months + possible extension
• Location: Europe

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of proven experience as a TM1 Architect with projects; ability to analyze, design, implement, and audit
• Technical knowledge: deep understanding of data modeling, TM1 scripting, and database administration
• Analytical skills: ability to understand and analyze business needs to implement effective solutions
• Experience working in different environments
• Certifications: Certifications in IBM Planning Analytics or related courses can be a good indicator of competencies
• Fluent English

Skills & Competencies

• Define and maintain the Planning Analytics platform architecture
• Plan and carry out upgrades, patches, version updates, and disaster recovery tests
• Oversee day-to-day application management, including audits, MDM coordination, data quality, and planned operational activities
• Lead troubleshooting and identify root causes to resolve issues
• Plan capacity and ensure efficient use of infrastructure
• Set up and maintain monitoring tools and performance KPIs
• Ensure all platform operations meet quality, security, and audit standards
• Manage vendors for infrastructure, licensing, and platform services
• Drive improvements to enhance service quality, scalability, and cost efficiency
• Ensure the platform is ready to support all hosted applications
