Join our team as a Business Developer, where you'll lead our efforts to grow our platform. Your role involves finding and convincing new clients to join us, using persuasive skills to explain the platform benefits, and helping them get started smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Find new potential clients through research, networking, and focused outreach.
- Craft persuasive pitches that address the needs of potential clients and highlight the benefits of our platform.
- Guide clients through the process of joining our platform and address any concerns they have.
- Assist clients in setting up their accounts accurately and completely.
- Develop and execute a plan for bringing new clients onto our platform, including timelines and goals.
- Achieve monthly goals for acquiring new clients, adding products, and increasing sales.
- Collaborate closely with other teams to improve processes, enhance the client experience, and grow the business.
- Understand our products, the competition, and our unique positioning in the industry.
Minimum Qualifications
- Proficient in handling objections and learning new platforms or products quickly.
- Experience in e-commerce.
- Strong network in the beauty, fashion, FMCG or Home & Living industry.
- Ability to work autonomously and familiarity with CRM tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experienced working with KA.
- Demonstrated examples of building processes from scratch.
- Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication abilities.
- France market experience.
