Alternance - Merchandising Europe En tant que membre clé de l'équipe Merchandising Europe, l'alternant(e) accompagnera l'équipe dans l'optimisation de la performance produit à travers diverses missions. Ce poste représente une réelle opportunité d'apprentissage et de développement, tout en contribuant à l'évolution continue de Tiffany & Co. dans la région Europe. Le/la candidat(e) retenu(e) participera activement à notre vision visant à améliorer en continu nos opérations quotidiennes. Nous recherchons un(e) candidat(e) fortement intéressé(e) par la culture, les personnes, les médias, la technologie et l'univers du luxe. Missions : • Créer et/ou mettre à jour des reportings pour analyser la performance (analyse des ventes par catégories de produit, par collections et par marchés, suivi des objectifs commerciaux)• Être en charge de la préparation des présentations business pour animer la communauté merchandising (présentation hebdomadaire pour le VP, réunions merchandising hebdomadaires, projets stratégiques)• Participer au développement de nouveaux dashboards sur Power BI pour soutenir la région et les marchés • Être en charge de la Newsletter Business mensuelle à destination des marchés • Coordonner les projets régionaux impliquant plusieurs équipes Profil recherché : • Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et orale • Solides compétences organisationnelles et souci du détail • Rigueur et capacité à assurer le suivi des projets • Fortes capacités analytiques • Bonne gestion du temps et sens des priorités dans un environnement dynamique • Maîtrise avancée d'Excel (Recherche V, tableaux croisés dynamiques, mise en forme conditionnelle, SOMME.SI, etc.)• La connaissance de Power BI est un plus • Capacité d'apprentissage rapide et bonne mémorisation des processus • Français et anglais courant requis Informations : Localisation : Paris Date de début : Septembre 2026 Durée : 12 mois Rythme souhaité : 3 semaines entreprise / 1 semaine école EUROPE MERCHANDISING APPRENTICE As an integral member of the Europe Merchandising Team, the apprentice will support the team in maximizing product performance through a variety of missions. This role presents immense opportunity for growth and contribution to the continued evolution of Tiffany & Co in Europe region: the successful candidate will contribute to our vision to drive continuous improvement in our daily operations. We are seeking a candidate who is highly interested in culture, people, media, technology, and luxury. Missions: • Create and/or update reports to analyze our performance (sales analysis by product categories, by collections & markets, commercial targets) • In charge of all the business presentations to animate the merchandising community (weekly for VP, weekly merchandising meeting, strategic projects) • Continue to develop new Dashboards on PowerBi to support the region & markets • In charge of the Monthly Business Newsletters (for markets) • Coordinate regional projects among several teams Qualifications: • Strong communications skills both verbal and written • Must possess strong organizational skills and attention to accuracy • Excellent follow-through practices • Superior analytical capabilities • Strong time management skills and prioritization with the ability to work under specific timelines and fast-paced environments • Advanced Excel skills (e.g. V-lookups, pivot tables, conditional formatting, sum Ifs, etc.) • Strong knowledge of all other Microsoft Office programs (PowerPoint, Word & Outlook, Teams) • PowerBI is a plus • Ability to learn quickly and retain processes • Language : French and English proficiency required Informations: Location: Paris Start date : September 2026 Duration: 12 Month Program Preferred schedule : 3 weeks in the company / 1 week at school #LI-MS1
