Tier 3 Desktop Support Specialist — Remote (Wisconsin)

IO Datasphere, Inc. is seeking a Desktop Support professional to participate in tier three desktop support for a large state government client.

You will troubleshoot and resolve complex workstation issues, assist on projects, and collaborate with a team of eight technicians in a 9,000+ device, 10,000+ user environment. The role requires strong communication, balance of incidents and project work, and proficiency with SCCM/Ivanti, GPO, and Google Workspace.
