Rothschild & Co – Procurement Department
The Group Procurement function helps the business successfully buy goods and services, ensuring qualified suppliers are selected, value for money is secured, robust contracts are agreed, and any risks are understood and mitigated.
We ensure adherence to evolving regulatory guidance and reflect the group’s desire to manage third parties in a consistent manner. The teamworks alongside Third‑Party Relationship Sponsors (principal business owners) to select, onboard, manage and offboard third parties.
Role Overview
Rothschild & Co is seeking a dedicated and detail‑oriented Third‑Party Risk Management (TPRM) Analyst to join our Global Procurement team for 6 months. This person will work closely with business sponsors, internal subject matter experts and third parties in France and across the globe. They will develop an understanding of the TPRM process, and the risks that third parties could pose to the Group. The successful candidate will contribute towards Rothschild & Co’s regulatory obligations regarding the use of information and communication technology (ICT) third parties. This role will have a particular focus on ensuring compliance with the EU’s Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA) regulations.
The role is based in Paris. We’re a hybrid working organisation.
Responsibilities
- Engage and influence third‑party ICTs to implement the necessary DORA terms into our contracts, supported by the Legal team when negotiating
- Populate and maintain the group’s DORA third‑party register ready for submission to regulators
- Work with the team and take ownership of various aspects of the DORA remediation activities
- Complete further due diligence processes on in‑scope vendors in line with the group’s TPRM framework
- Collaborate with internal subject matter experts, including IT, Legal, and Compliance, to address third‑party risks and any DORA non‑compliance.
- Assist with the preparation and presentation of reports on DORA remediation progress to senior management.
Qualifications
- Having a positive attitude, growth mindset, resourcefulness, and resilience are essential for the role
- An analytical approach and a willingness to engage and influence many different vendors, including by phone, will be crucial to success
- Practical experience that would be useful includes work in a call centre, customer service, sales, or logistics; any job with a high volume of tasks requiring cooperation is relevant
- Awareness of TPRM and the role risk management plays in an organisation is beneficial; full training will be provided
- You must speak English to a business standard
- Experience with macros would be an advantage, but it’s not mandatory

Présentation du Poste
Rothschild & Co recherche un(e) Analyste en Gestion des Risques Tiers (TPRM) rigoureux(se) et motivé(e) pour rejoindre l’équipe Achats Global pour un CDD de 6 mois. Cette personne travaillera en étroite collaboration avec les sponsors métiers, les experts internes et les tiers en France et à l’international. Elle développera une compréhension du processus TPRM et des risques que les tiers peuvent représenter pour le Groupe.
Le/la candidat(e) retenu(e) contribuera au respect des obligations réglementaires de Rothschild & Co concernant l’utilisation de prestataires en technologies de l’information et de la communication (TIC), avec un accent particulier sur la conformité au règlement européen DORA (Digital Operational Resilience Act) .
Le poste est basé à Paris, dans un environnement de travail hybride.
Responsabilités
- Collaborer avec les prestataires TIC pour intégrer les clauses DORA dans les contrats, avec le soutien de l’équipe juridique lors des négociations
- Compléter et maintenir le registre des tiers DORA du groupe, en vue de sa soumission aux régulateurs
- Participer aux activités de remédiation DORA et en prendre la responsabilité sur certains volets
- Réaliser des diligences supplémentaires sur les fournisseurs concernés, conformément au cadre TPRM du groupe
- Travailler avec les experts internes (IT, Juridique, Conformité) pour traiter les risques liés aux tiers et les cas de non‑conformité DORA
- Aider à la préparation et à la présentation de rapports sur l’avancement de la remédiation DORA à la direction
