Theoretical Physicist: Golden Trajectory Writer

Obsidian is looking for a PhD Physicist — Frontier Reasoning Trajectory Writer to develop 'golden trajectories' for complex physics problems. You will produce organized, step-by-step solutions and work with a frontier LLM to refine these solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a PhD in physics or nearing completion, be fluent in LaTeX and Python, and be comfortable with iterative model workflows. The position requires a commitment of around 15 hours per week, working on one to two tasks weekly.
