The Power of Flight: Drone Prototype in , us
Power of Flight — Volunteer & Mentor Information
About the Challenge
Power of Flight is a hands‑on innovation challenge where middle and high school students design an edible drone concept — a flight‑enabled solution capable of delivering nutrition to disaster zones and communities in need. This experience blends engineering, food systems, humanitarian design, and leadership, helping students understand how creative problem‑solving can meet real‑world needs.
Power of Flight is led by Girls Save The World, a leadership and innovation program of Independence Gardens.
Independence Gardens’ mission: to equip and empower the next to grow leaders and solutions that strengthen communities through hands‑on learning and real‑world impact.
