You will join a team of engineers and technicians specializing in the preparation and execution of physical tests aimed at qualifying, testing and optimizing tele-operated and robotic equipment. You will also contribute to numerical simulation activities associated with the tests.
As part of your duties, you will work with various stakeholders: engineering teams, design office, project managers, support functions, as well as representatives of the end customer and operators of the facilities concerned.
Your missions
Within the test team and under the responsibility of the Test Manager, your main responsibilities will be to:Take part in preparing test campaigns, analyze technical and equipment needs, and propose the most appropriate organization for their implementation;Contribute to the preparation and setup of test resources: tooling, mock-ups, robotic equipment, technical supports, power supplies and consumables;Participate in drafting, updating and checking test documentation to ensure that operations carried out comply with defined objectives;Prepare and program equipment trajectories using offline programming tools in collaboration with the numerical simulation teams;Participate in running the tests and ensure their operational coordination by defining operating parameters and seeking suitable technical optimizations;Analyze any malfunctions encountered during the tests, contribute to technical diagnostics and participate in necessary corrective actions;Ensure reliable reporting of activities and contribute to the continuous improvement of test methods and processes.

Through your rigor and commitment, you will also be a key player in the quality and reliability of the tests performed.
With an engineering degree (or equivalent 5-year university degree), you have at least 5 years of significant experience in industry, engineering or R&D, ideally gained in demanding technical environments involving industrial processes, automated systems or robotic equipment.
You are used to working in collaborative and multidisciplinary contexts, where understanding technical, operational and customer issues is essential to project success.
Known for your technical curiosity, you are able to analyze complex issues, summarize them and propose pragmatic and innovative solutions adapted to field constraints.
Your interest in industrial processes, automation, robotics or new technologies is a real asset for this position. You enjoy teamwork and actively contribute to sharing knowledge, best practices and feedback.
