Responsibilities

• Coordinate testing operations during initial phase of the project, ensuring all planned activities are completed on schedule and according to methods.
• Monitor KPIs during testing activities.
• Participate in Project Steering meetings.
• Define quality assurance strategies, procedures and environments.
• Facilitate cross‑area communication.
• Control team skillsets and manage recruiting initiatives.
• Supervise estimation processes for project applications.
• Lead testing activities from component to system level until final deployment.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Electronic/Computer Science Engineering or similar.
• Hands‑on experience with several complex testing projects, including 5+ years in a test leadership role.
• Experience with test systems (telematics, infotainment and connected car environment) and strong competencies in testing methodology (ISTQB certified) applied on automotive projects.
• Good knowledge of vehicle bus systems or Vector tools like CANoe.
• Experience with ALM tools (e.g., Polarion, Atlassian suite).
• Agile/Scrum experience.
• Fluent in spoken and written English and French.
