Test Manager

Responsibilities

• Define project test strategies
• Lead and monitor testing activities across one or multiple projects in parallel
• Participate in test design
• Select and implement testing techniques and tools
• Propose improvements for testing activities or processes
• Facilitate workshops
• Manage a team of testers with operational reporting
• Identify and track key performance and product quality indicators

Requirements

• A proven initial experience as a Test Manager
• Professional English (B2 level) for international communication and documentation
• Driver's license (Category B) required to travel to client sites (2 to 3 times per week)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to run meetings, explain technical decisions and support client teams
• Adaptability and teaching skills to tailor your communication to different stakeholders and promote best practices
