Test Lead

The Test Lead will be responsible for leading, designing, executing, and monitoring testing activities across one or several projects simultaneously. The successful candidate will coordinate testing efforts, ensure quality standards are met, and contribute to the continuous improvement of testing practices.

We are seeking a Test Lead with 5 to 10 years of experience and a strong background in software testing and quality assurance. Experience in test automation is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate testing activities across multiple projects
• Define and implement test strategies and test plans
• Manage testing deliverables, reporting, and project governance
• Gather and review business and functional requirements
• Design, execute, and monitor test cases and test campaigns
• Create and manage test data
• Track, analyze, and manage defects throughout the testing lifecycle
• Review project documentation and requirement specifications
• Collaborate with business, development, and project teams to ensure delivery quality
• Promote testing best practices and continuous improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

Education

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field

Experience

• 5–10 years of experience in Software Testing and Quality Assurance
• Experience leading testing activities in complex project environments
• Experience working on multiple projects simultaneously

Mandatory Skills

Languages
