As part of the development of our industrial activities, we are looking for a Test Bench Engineer M/F to work on a production site specializing in the assembly of electromechanical products. You will be at the heart of industrial performance, product quality and the reliability of test systems integrated into assembly lines.

The missions awaiting you
Design test architectures and write the technical specifications for electrical test benches.
Manage the production, installation, FAT/SAT phases and validation of test systems.
Provide technical support for production benches and analyze defects, drifts or false rejects.
Optimize the reliability, availability and performance of benches through continuous improvement actions.
Coordinate communication with the production, quality, maintenance, R&D teams as well as with suppliers.

What we are looking for
You have a degree in engineering or higher education (Bac+5) in electronics, electrical engineering, automation or embedded systems;You have at least 3 years of experience in the design, industrialization or commissioning of test benches in an industrial environment;Experience on assembly lines or automated test systems is a real asset.
Your technical skills
Electricity, electronics and measurement instrumentation;Functional tests and product validation;Development and control of test benches (Lab
VIEW, Python, C#, etc.);Data acquisition and signal processing;Reading and analysis of electrical schematics;Capability analysis (Cp, Cpk, GRR);Problem-solving methods (8D, Ishikawa);Knowledge of mass production environments and Lean Manufacturing;Mastery of electrical standards and associated quality requirements.

The salary offered for this position is between 40,000 and 50,000 gross per year, depending on your experience and qualifications.
