Test Engineer

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, debug, and cost‑reduce test programs for new product creation, industrialization, and production fulfillment, and handle custom return processes to ensure business success and fulfill customer requirements.
• Develop test programs for various IP domains for radar chips.
• Support root cause investigations for customer returns on ATE (auto testing equipment).
• Serve as the technical owner for test programs, controlling changes on test program and test hardware using a structured process.
• Engage in new product introduction projects from the bring‑up phase through product release.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Interest in programming (C++, Java, VB).
• Basic understanding of digital/analog/RF circuit blocks and electronic circuits.
• Basic knowledge of test methodology for semiconductor industry.
• Basic data analysis skills.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Proactive working attitude and willingness to participate in overseas training.

Experience

• Experience with ATE test platforms.
• Good understanding of VLSI test techniques.
• Basic knowledge of industrial test flow.
