Test Automation Engineer (m/f/d)
As a Test Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining automated test frameworks to ensure the reliability and performance of software applications.
You will work closely with development teams, product owners, and QA engineers to improve testing processes and support continuous integration and delivery practices.
Responsibilities:- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks
- Collaborate with development teams to define test strategies and acceptance criteria
- Execute automated and manual tests to ensure software quality
- Identify, analyse, and report defects and inconsistencies
- Contribute to the improvement of QA processes and testing methodologies
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
- Ensure test coverage for functional, regression, and performance testing
- Participate in code reviews and continuous improvement initiatives
- Proven experience as a Test Automation Engineer or QA Engineer
- Strong experience with automation tools (e.g. Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar)
- Good programming skills (Java, Python, JavaScript, or similar)
- Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git
Lab CI, Azure Dev
Ops, etc.) - Good understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices
